By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

A purchase contract is only concluded once we confirm your order via email or begin production/shipping.

We reserve the right to reject orders without stating a reason.

We strive to display all products as accurately as possible.

However, product colors, print placement, and materials may vary slightly depending on screen settings and production tolerances.

All product descriptions may be changed at any time without prior notice.


4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store.

Additional costs may apply, including:

  • Shipping fees
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT / sales tax (where applicable)

Payments are processed via the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment.


5. Production and Fulfillment (Print-on-Demand)

Many of our products are made to order.

Production is handled by our fulfillment partner:

This means:

  • Production starts only after successful order placement
  • Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins
  • Each product is individually produced


6. Shipping and Delivery

Production usually takes:

2–7 business days

After production, the order will be shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Force majeure
  • Production delays

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.


7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only possible if the item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

Claims must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo evidence

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Refund
