Return & Refund Policy – TD SOCIAL CLUB™

Thank you for shopping with TD SOCIAL CLUB™.

Because many of our products are made specifically to order, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner:

This means every item is created specifically after your purchase.

Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.


2. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation

If you are a customer in Switzerland or the European Union, you may normally have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, according to applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

Because our products are made on demand specifically for each order, orders are generally excluded from cancellation or withdrawal once production has started.

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once the fulfillment process has started.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings
  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers or customs

Please carefully review product descriptions and size information before ordering.


4. Eligible Refund / Replacement Cases

We will offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect
  • With manufacturing defects


5. Reporting an Issue

Claims must be submitted within:

14 days after delivery

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo evidence

Without photo evidence, we may not be able to process the claim.


6. Resolution

After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

The resolution depends on the nature of the issue.

All claims are reviewed individually.


7. Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner.

Please note:

TD SOCIAL CLUB™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward.


8. Failed Deliveries / Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failure to collect parcel
  • Refusal of delivery

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but not received:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Contact your card issuer

Processing times vary depending on payment providers.
