Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Since our products are made to order through Printful, production starts shortly after purchase.
If you want to cancel an order, contact us immediately at:

We cannot guarantee cancellations once fulfillment has started.
Can I change my order after purchase?
If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All products are made to order.
Production usually takes:
2–5 business days
Estimated shipping after fulfillment:
Switzerland: 2–7 business days
Europe (EU): 4–10 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email (if tracking is available for your shipping method).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my item?
Because our products are made specifically to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Please check sizing and product details carefully before ordering.
When can I get a refund or replacement?
Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
- With manufacturing defects
Claims must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Please use our size guide before ordering.
Products
Why may colors look slightly different?
Colors may vary slightly depending on:
- screen settings
- display calibration
- lighting conditions
Minor color differences are not considered defects.
Are your products limited?
Some releases may be limited.
Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.
