1. Order Processing Time
All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner Printful.
This means your item is produced only after your order has been placed.
Production typically takes:
2–5 business days
During high-demand periods, product launches, holidays, or sales events, production may take longer.
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped to your delivery address.
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- Switzerland
- European Union (EU) countries
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside Switzerland or the European Union.
If your country is not available at checkout, this means we currently do not ship to your location.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:
Switzerland: 2–7 business days
European Union (EU): 4–10 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery may vary depending on:
- destination country
- customs processing
- carrier delays
- holidays or peak seasons
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination
- package weight
- selected shipping method
All shipping costs are shown before payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Delays
TD SOCIAL CLUB™ is not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs clearance
- weather conditions
- strikes
- force majeure or events beyond our control
- production delays from our fulfillment partner
We appreciate your patience if delays occur.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped within Switzerland or the European Union may still be subject to local taxes, customs procedures, or additional fees depending on the destination and fulfillment location.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
TD SOCIAL CLUB™ is not responsible for customs fees, import charges, or delays caused by customs processing.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- incorrect shipping address
- incomplete address
- refusal of delivery
- failure to collect parcel
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
9. Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at:

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner.
